Once again, I went into this with no expectations. Actually I figured it was going to be some cutesy cheesy kids show (and I like kids anime, but even I have a limit). But then I saw it has an evening airtime.
Turns out it's actually just pretending to be a kids show. Okay...
Synopsis: In this world certain people have special abilities called "Toys" (yes. "to-ee-zu." in English. I know). They can use their toys for good and be Great Detectives, or for evil and be Great Thieves.
Four absolutely adorable moe girls prance around being detectives and going to a detective school. One day they lose their toys! Oh noes! Meanwhile, four (hilarious) villainous thieves strive to make their lives suck (I think...I mean I don't really know what they're after O_o).
This show has some of the same sort of what-the-hey humor as Moetan, minus the obvious loli fanservice.
I don't want to go into plot because this is simply something you must experience. I will however introduce you to the cast, fangirl a bit, and display some of the WTF.
THE HEROINES!
This group of girls is called Milky Holmes! They were trained in detective-ness by Opera! What does that mean? Heck if I know but Milky Holmes is a funny name don't you think?
Sherlock. The Pink One
What can I say about Sherlock. Well she's cute and pink and kinda dumb. But she's got a heart of gold! Yeah. We haven't seen that before.
Her toy is the ability to move things without touching them.

This little Bokuko just wants to eat everything. She's spunky and a lot of fun, and has the most amazing stripey socks. Her toy is the ability to control machinery.
Rape is not funny, children! Now then, Hercule's quietness, weak demeanor, and willingness to go along with whatever anyone says turns any situation into a Raep Me situation. I mean just look at that face! Her toy is super strength.
She loves to clean, she loves her friends, she loves to be the hero, and she often takes everything just a bit to far (to the point of insanity!). Her toy is clairvoyance.
THE VILLAINS!!!
Do these guys have a group name? I forget. Anyways, Milky Holmes is their grand competition, and with them out of the way they will be free to steal stuff! That's why they make Milky Holmes' lives miserable! I think....
Arsene/HenrietteThe BOSS, and this show's main source of straight grade-A fanservice. I'm still wondering how the heck she keeps that ridiculous outfit on.
Stone River/Sousuke Ishinagara
Janitor by day, hot-blooded thief who takes everything to seriously by night! Oh and he's hot. Thank goodness it's not just Arsene.
Twenty/Kai Nijuuri
The embodiment of pure unadulterated WTF, this guy uses Engrish every other moment, and is obsessed with his paramount beauty that he can't keep his shirt on, but simply must share with the world! And he has weird nipples. Really weird nipples.
Rat/Nezu Jiro
Cute spunky little kid with the most awesome hat. Don't cross him! He likes to point out when Twenty's nipples are erect. What?

Themes: The opening is really fun! The ending however.....is nothing but massive fanservice of the lead villainess. Really guys? That's the best you could do?
Art: Nothing super special but hey it's just right for this show.
Story: It's just getting started so maybe there's more in store. But I'll be honest, so far it's just ridiculous fun, and part of me doesn't even care and just wants more funny antics from this amusing group of characters.
Overall: What a ride! I WILL BE WATCHING THIS.
Score thus far is....8/10! Extra points for enjoyableness.
